Healey singers

A group of around 20 meet fortnightly in church 7.00 – 8.00 to practice ( all welcome no talent required). Throughout the year there are regular performances. As part of Churches Together, Thrum Hall Methodist choir recently joined us to prepare and present ‘Tongues of Fire’ a musical interpretation of Pentecost on Wednesday 12th June at St Mary in the Baum.
The music was conducted by Reverend Helen Johnson from Thrum Hall Methodist Church, narrated by Barbara Hindle from Christ Church and the Music was arranged and performed by John Keats also from Christ Church.
The evening was a great success and was enjoyed by all who attended and those who took part in the event and was followed by refreshments in the Hall afterwards which was much appreciated by those who sang.
